These Terms of Service govern your use of the website www.teamwear.lu (the “Site"), which is privately owned but operated by Teamline s.à.r.l., a company registered under RCS Luxembourg: B224780. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the Site, all of which form part of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Production Cycle
We strive to complete most orders within 5-15 business days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as product availability and other factors may cause delays. We will keep you informed about any significant delays that may affect your order.
2. Return and Replacement Policy
We offer returns and replacements only if the product is deemed defective or if there has been an error in the customization of your order. Requests for returns or replacements must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. After 14 days, no returns or replacements will be processed. Please ensure that you select the correct size, design, color, and customization options before placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors in the information submitted by the user.
3. Refund Policy
Teamline s.à.r.l. guarantees all products against manufacturer defects and errors in customization that differ from the information you submitted at the time of your order. If we determine that the product is defective or a customization error has been made, we will issue a refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your product. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting.
4. Exchanges and Cancellations
All orders are custom-made on demand. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations once the order has entered production. If an order has not yet been processed, changes may be possible, but no guarantees can be made.
5. Product and Color Disclaimer
Colors of products and customizations may vary due to differences in manufacturing processes and variations in screen displays. The color displayed on your monitor may not be identical to the actual product. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy in descriptions and images, Teamline s.à.r.l. cannot guarantee exact color matches due to variations in manufacturer batch lots.
6. Changing Your Order
If you need to modify your order, please contact us at team[at]teamline.lu. Be sure to include your order number and details of the changes. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Once the order has entered production, no modifications can be made.
7. Communications
By using the Site, purchasing products, creating an account, or communicating with us via phone or email, you consent to receive communications from Teamline s.à.r.l. electronically, via email, phone, or physical mail. These communications may include service-related notices as well as marketing messages. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.
8. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital files, and software, is the exclusive property of Teamline s.à.r.l. and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Accessing or using the Site does not grant you any ownership or rights to the content. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Site’s content without prior written consent from Teamline s.à.r.l. is strictly prohibited.
9. Intellectual Property Transfer
In the event that Teamline s.à.r.l. fails to comply with applicable laws or regulations, all intellectual property rights held by Teamline s.à.r.l. related to this Site, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and proprietary technologies, will be automatically transferred to the private domain holder of www.teamwear.lu. This transfer will take place without the need for additional formalities, to ensure continued compliance with applicable legal obligations.
10. Site Use and Your Rights
By using the Site, you confirm that you are a legal representative of a company or have the rights to use the Site and its services. You are granted a limited, revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended purposes, subject to this User Agreement.
Teamline s.à.r.l. retains all intellectual property rights in the Site, including proprietary technology. You agree not to create derivative works or compete with the Site. Failure to comply with the Terms may result in the revocation of your rights to use the Site.
If Teamline s.à.r.l. determines that you have breached any of the Terms or used the Site inappropriately, we reserve the right to cancel your account, transaction, or subscription, and restrict your access to the Site without liability.
11. User-Generated Content
You are fully responsible for any content you create, design, upload, or provide on the Site. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on the rights of third parties. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any content and that doing so will not violate the rights of any person or entity.
By submitting any content, including intellectual property such as logos or designs, you grant Teamline s.à.r.l. an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content on the Site.
